I hope you and your family are all heathy, happy and safe! Big Bear has been extremely busy as everyone wants to escape from the heat and the virus, I presume. It has been absolutely gorgeous up here with temps in the mid 80's in the day and about 50 degrees in the mornings.
Real estate has been insane! I have never seen it like this! We don't have enough listings for all the buyers. We need listings! In many cases there are multiple offers on homes and prices are going above asking in those cases. But prices are still great and interest rates are amazing so it isn't slowing the buyers down! It is such a wonderful place to own a home! I guess that's why I am still here after 42 years! Who doesn't love Big Bear!?
